Pastor
Phil has been around ministry all of his life, having been raised in a pastor’s home. He is married to Traci and has three grown children. Phil has a passion for preaching and teaching God’s Word with the goal of helping people grow in their faith.
Julian Holland
Music Director
Julian is originally from England and has always loved playing church music and teaching piano. He lives in Dunn, NC with his wife, Meredith, their children Ella and Cole.
Jo Anne Williams
Administrative Assistant
Jo Anne has been a member of Long Branch Church for over 30 years and has a heart for people of all ages. She enjoys taking Bible classes at Heritage Bible College and spending time with her husband Gary and family.
Lauren Pugsley
Children’s Ministry Director
Lauren grew up at Long Branch Church and has always loved working with children. She lives in Dunn, NC and works as a first-grade teacher. She lives with her husband, Brian, and their children, Madelyn and McKinley.
Matthew Hayes
Youth Ministry Director
Matthew grew up in Erwin going to The Work Center PFWB church. He grew up going to Crusader Youth Camp and loves working with the youth. Matthew lives in Dunn, NC, with his wife, Rachel, and their children, Moses and Riley Jean
Rachel Hayes
Youth Ministry Director
Rachel grew up going to LBC and loved it! She now wants to give back to the place that gave her so much by working with the church’s youth. She lives in Dunn, NC, with her husband, Matthew, and their children, Moses and Riley Jean.
